TriData Observatory
Cross-domain data product theses, mined nightly from EU industry intersections

Methodology

Automated nightly pipeline · 123 theses mined · 0 published

TriData Observatory is an automated research system. Every night it draws combinations of three industries from the European NACE Rev. 2.1 classification, asks what dataset would exist at their intersection, and develops the ones where joined cross-domain data would answer a question no single-industry dataset can.

Why intersections

Single-domain data is a commodity — whoever holds it sells it. Value concentrates where unrelated domains meet, because assembling the join is exactly the work no incumbent has an incentive to do.

Why so few theses are published

Of 123 theses mined to date, only the strongest 0 appear here. Each published thesis has survived a scored evaluation on six dimensions and an adversarial review whose only job is to find the reason the idea fails — named incumbents, cheaper substitutes, buyers too few to matter. Roughly half die there. Some theses are additionally seeded from live EU public-procurement notices, so the demand behind them is a published budget rather than a hypothesis.

What the full thesis contains

The public page is deliberately a teaser. The full dossier includes the concrete data sources and who holds them, the join strategy, the monetization model, the competitive landscape from a web-research pass, and the strongest objections raised against the idea. Request it from any thesis page.
