ADR 1.1.3.6.4: multiply each line's quantity (kg net / litres, per 1.1.3.6.3) by its transport-category factor — category 1 × 50, category 2 × 3, category 3 × 1; category 4 counts as 0 (unlimited); category 0 has no small-load exemption at all. If the total stays ≤ 1000, the transport can run under the 1.1.3.6 exemption (no orange plates; but driver instruction per 1.3, a 2 kg extinguisher, and the transport-document quantity statement still apply).
